Construction Project Coordinator / Manager – Bawnboy, Cavan

DK Immigration Services is hiring a full-time Construction Project Coordinator / Manager in Bawnboy, Cavan, Ireland. Join an established construction company and help deliver projects that meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client satisfaction goals. This is an on-site role working with project managers, site engineers, support staff, and other departments. You will report to the Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and oversee construction projects through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and communication among project teams and stakeholders.
• Track project progress and performance against goals, milestones, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor cost control.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead regular team meetings and keep project teams aligned.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role, ideally on construction projects.
• Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with project management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.

Compensation and Employment

Pay: 44605 per year. Job type: Full-time. Location: Bawnboy, Cavan, Ireland. This position is not remote.
