Job description
About the role
Support Global Security PMO operations, portfolio reporting, governance, and process improvement initiatives.
Tasks
- Maintain project trackers, dashboards, portfolio reports, and status updates.
- Prepare leadership presentations and Steering Committee materials.
- Document project funding workflows, approval processes, and governance procedures.
- Track project risks, dependencies, escalations, and follow-up actions.
- Improve PMO processes, reporting consistency, and cross-functional communication.
Requirements
- Experience: 1- 2 years
- Experience in project management, PMO governance, and portfolio coordination.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in regulated or security-related environments is preferred.
