Responsibilities
- Prepare and track RFIs, change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documents, QA/QC records, and submittals.
- Coordinate jobsite logistics, including office supplies, badging, and orientation paperwork.
- Schedule deliveries of equipment and materials.
- Help assemble project estimates and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Attend project meetings and document relevant updates.
- Prepare and track purchase orders and subcontracts.
- Update project schedules and track productivity.
Skills and qualifications
- Clear, effective communication and the ability to collaborate diplomatically with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Ability to learn and apply technical concepts, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and understand project specifications and technical drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
