✓ Supervise daily on-site installation activities for curtain wall and cladding systems.

✓ Monitor workforce productivity and ensure compliance with work programmes.

✓ Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, mobilization, and site logistics.

✓ Report site progress and issues directly to the Project Manager.

✓ Ensure installation methods conform to approved shop drawings and specs.
