About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO Lead to oversee strategic initiatives, strengthen project governance, and drive cross-functional execution across the organization. This role is responsible for managing executive-level projects, administering the organization's Jira platform, supporting portfolio management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior leadership while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
PMO & Strategic Project Management:Coordinate and oversee executive and strategic projects across the organization.Facilitate project status meetings and follow-up sessions.Lead project kickoffs, planning sessions, and cross-functional coordination.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.Drive accountability to ensure project milestones and commitments are achieved.Manage new project requests and support portfolio prioritization.Executive Communication & Reporting:Prepare executive reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.Develop and maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.Coordinate recurring project review meetings with business leaders and executives.Develop weekly and monthly project roadmaps.Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and portfolio status updates.Jira Administration & Project Management Platforms:Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and primary administrator for Jira.Manage user onboarding and training.Administer users, permissions, workflows, and platform configurations.Define and maintain Jira Service Management processes, Service Desk workflows, SLAs, and project boards.Manage platform enhancements, functional requirements, and new feature implementations.Oversee licensing, platform optimization, and associated costs.Research and implement best practices and new platform capabilities.Special Projects:Design, implement, and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project execution.Define project plans, milestones, success metrics, and governance processes.Process & Operational Excellence:Lead process improvement and standardization initiatives across the organization.Manage operational processes related to corporate platforms and business tools.Coordinate activities involving vendors, invoicing, and operational follow-up when applicable.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Program Management.Proven experience administering Jira, Jira Service Management, or similar project management platforms.Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.Experience developing executive reports, KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio metrics.Ability to effectively partner with business leaders and executive management.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Advanced English proficiency (required).
