Project Manager

Tasks

• Take full responsibility for the daily operations, supervision, and overall progress of the assigned construction site.
• Ensure that all construction works meet the required quality standards, approved plans, technical specifications, and company requirements.
• Monitor daily accomplishments, workforce productivity, project schedules, delays, and pending works. Provide regular and accurate updates to management.
• Monitor material requirements, prepare material requests, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to avoid work delays.
• Prepare and submit daily accomplishment reports, site photos, material updates, manpower reports, and other required project documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or any related field is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledgeable in construction methods, building materials, project plans, and specifications.
• Familiar with Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) procedures
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage workers, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor project progress.
• Willing to be assigned to construction sites in Alfonso
• Preferably with a motorcycle or any personal service vehicle
