Job description
We’re looking for someone who can help run the field side of the company.
This person will work directly with the owner and will be responsible for keeping sold projects moving from start to finish.
Responsibilities include scheduling crews, visiting active jobs, ensuring materials and equipment are ready, communicating with customers, reviewing job scopes, identifying problems, tracking job progress, maintaining standards, coordinating multiple projects, and reporting to the owner.
Construction experience preferred, especially in masonry, foundation, excavation, waterproofing, or general construction.
Dependability, organization, confidence, decision-making, ownership, and leadership potential are required.
Pay: $30/hr to start, room to grow.
