About the role
Heavy Civil Construction and Environmental Services
Tasks
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall execution
- Prepare cost estimates and submit bids on time
- Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project resources
- Ensure safety compliance, quality, and timely project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in heavy civil construction, DOT projects, and utilities
- Strong estimating, budgeting, and project management skills
- Experience with HCSS Heavy Bid/HeavyJob, AGTEK, and Bluebeam
Schedule
- FULLTIME & PERMANENT
- W2 ONLY
- Travel: Approximately 50%
