ResponsibilitiesReports to VP in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.Manage expectations, co.mmitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.Process Improvement / RFI / Change Management/ Document ControlParticipate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administrationResponsible for all pay applications and change orders, etcAttend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issuesAirport FLL + 50MCommercial Facility - New Construction + Renovations +20M
QualificationsB.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.7-15 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Schools, Airport, Healthcare, Mixed Use, Tenant Improvement, Renovation and Ground Up projects. Over 2M.To be successful you need to be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.Organized, team management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.
