Project Manager/Business Analyst - QA Coordination

About the role

ILOGICSOFT provides database engineering, cloud/data services and specialized IT staffing.

Planned application and database support project.

Tasks

• Lead start-up and knowledge transfer; organize access, documentation, reporting and responsibility handovers.
• Maintain monthly status reports and the Change, Issue, Decision, Accomplishment and Risk log; lead monthly client meetings.
• Gather enhancement requirements, define acceptance criteria and coordinate estimates by role, effort and cost for client approval.
• Track incidents, dependencies, changes and budgets; coordinate client communications and escalation to the client escalation lead.
• Coordinate functional, integration and regression testing, client UAT, defect tracking and approved release or rollback decisions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated management or business-analysis delivery for software maintenance, production support or cloud application projects.
• Strong requirements, acceptance criteria, estimation, status reporting, risk management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Practical experience coordinating web/API and database testing, defect management and user acceptance testing.
• Ability to work with .NET/Angular, SQL Server, AWS and GIS specialists; maintain clear DevOps or issue-tracking records.
• Helpful experience: State or local government delivery, accessible web applications, security documentation and managed-support transition experience.
