About the role
Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Project Manager, Civil or Geotechnical Engineer for a technical support role with skilled professionals on diverse project teams. This full-time position is located in the Vienna, VA office and offers involvement in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day project team management, focusing on project delivery, quality, financial performance, and health and safety.
- Ensure projects meet project, client, and regulatory objectives.
- Lead the project lifecycle, including cost estimating, proposal preparation, scheduling, subcontracting, resourcing, project planning and execution, document preparation and review, and financial management.
- Apply technical competence, knowledge of codes and regulations, and professional standards of practice to assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with the project team, support field teams, and provide oversight of health and safety processes and procedures.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, partners, subcontractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Coach, mentor, and support staff to facilitate knowledge transfer and high-quality project execution.
