About the role

Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Project Manager, Civil/Geotechnical Engineer for a full-time technical support role with skilled professionals on diverse project teams. The position is located in the Rocky Hill, CT office and offers the opportunity to contribute to projects for a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

Serve as a member of a collaborative team on challenging design and construction projects.
Understand client needs and execute projects to achieve client and company goals.
Develop work scopes and cost estimates for new opportunities.
Manage the financial and technical aspects of projects, and assign and manage work.
Execute projects to meet technical, quality, budgetary, and scheduling requirements.
Plan and direct geotechnical field observation and testing programs.
Conduct geotechnical analyses and prepare recommendations for design and construction projects, particularly deep foundation, embankment, ground improvement, and retaining wall design.
Prepare project deliverables, including reports, plans, and specifications.
