Key Responsibilities: Construction Project Manager

Lead projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery Manage schedules, subcontractors, materials, and internal resources Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, and change orders Serve as the primary client contact and drive strong customer relationships Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, service) for seamless execution Monitor project risks, quality, and compliance while supporting safety standards

Qualifications: Construction Project Manager

Proven experience managing construction, mechanical, industrial, or process system projects Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and full project lifecycle management Experience with construction documents (drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts) Exposure to industrial refrigeration, HVAC/R, piping, or similar systems preferred Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Construction Management, Business) or equivalent experience OSHA 30 and regulated environment experience are a plus
