Project Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a major project in Germany.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in reinforced concrete frame construction.

Tasks

• Manage and deliver a major construction project in Germany
• Oversee site operations, subcontractors and daily activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
• Work closely with client, design and construction teams
• Maintain health, safety and compliance on site
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or project management
• Strong experience in reinforced concrete frame construction (essential)
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (desirable)
• Willingness to work in Germany with regular travel home
