Project Manager Delivery Lead

Description:We are hiring a full-time Project Manager / Delivery Lead to own project delivery for a design and development studio that builds websites for B2B technology companies. This role is responsible for keeping projects moving, removing blockers, improving internal systems, and ensuring work is delivered on time. You will work closely with designers, developers, and leadership while helping improve the operational infrastructure that supports the agency. This is not a traditional project manager role. We need someone who can operate in the weeds with designers and developers, remove blockers, improve processes, and ensure projects ship on time. The ideal candidate has agency experience, strong operational instincts, is highly organized, and knows how to leverage AI and automation to make teams more effective.

Key Responsibilities:• Own delivery across multiple website, branding, content, and marketing projects..• Keep projects moving by proactively identifying blockers, following up on action items, and ensuring deadlines are met..• Work directly with designers, developers, and leadership to coordinate execution and maintain momentum..• Serve as the primary point of escalation for project questions and delivery challenges..• Manage project workflows, timelines, dependencies, and documentation within ClickUp..• Build and improve systems, automations, SOPs, and internal processes that help the agency scale..• Maintain and optimize operational tools including ClickUp, Claude, Slack, Google Workspace, and other internal systems..• Collaborate closely with the team to reduce friction between departments and improve project execution..• Create and maintain documentation libraries, QA processes, task templates, and operational playbooks..• Monitor project health, team capacity, and upcoming deliverables to ensure work is shipped on time..• Assist with operational initiatives, reporting, and other agency-wide projects as needed..• Support billing, project tracking, and delivery-related administrative processes when required..• Continuously look for opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency and output quality.
Key Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience managing delivery, operations, or project management within a digital agency environment..• Strong understanding of website design and development projects..• Experience working with B2B brands, marketing initiatives, or digital campaigns..• Advanced ClickUp experience, including dashboards, automations, workflows, dependencies, and reporting..• Highly proficient with AI tools, including Claude and other LLMs, and understands how to apply them to operational workflows..• Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to improve and scale processes..• Comfortable working directly with designers, developers, and technical stakeholders..• Strong written communication and documentation skills..• Proactive, resourceful, and able to move projects forward without constant supervision..• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, fully remote environment..• Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet..• Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING..
Nice to have:• Experience with Webflow, Framer, or other low-code development platforms..• Understanding of SEO, website performance, analytics, QA, or digital marketing best practices..• Experience building automations, AI workflows, or internal operational tooling..• Bookkeeping, operations, or agency finance exposure..• Experience mentoring team members or helping improve delivery standards across a growing organization..
