Project Manager

Minimum 3 years of restoration project management experience (water, fire, mold, storm, and/or reconstruction) Insurance adjusters experience is a fit. Hands-on experience using Xactimate for estimating and job management. Hands-on experience with DocuSketch for documentation and floor plan creation. Strong knowledge of restoration processes, insurance claims, and carrier guidelines. Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Manage restoration projects from initial loss through completion. Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate. Perform property documentation using DocuSketch. Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and materials. Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders. Monitor budgets, schedules, and project profitability. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control. Maintain complete and accurate job documentation.
