Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER - 5 YRS EXPERIENCE in FDAS AND AUXILLIARY - LAS PINAS

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
- Must be a Registered and Licensed Electronics or Electrical (PRC licensed).
- With 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items
- With proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry
- Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
- Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Experienced in handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to do site visits and handle multiple projects

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM)
- Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans
- Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments
- Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB)
- Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans
- Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies
- Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Salary: 50,000 - 55,000
