Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning and execution of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with Terence Company’s strategic goals and timelines. Lead regular project meetings and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and milestones. Develop detailed project schedules and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness. Monitor project budgets closely, ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project success and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure project deliverables meet business requirements. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. Evaluate project outcomes post-completion to capture lessons learned and recommend process enhancements for future initiatives. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse stakeholders effectively. Proficiency with project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. Experience using project management software tools like MS Project, Asana, or Trello. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
