Project Manager – Industrial Engineering

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end factory launch and industrialization projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and resources.
• Drive capacity planning, line balancing, takt time, cycle time, and factory layout.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Equipment, Facilities, and Operations.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, production ramp-up, and operational handover.
• Drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, OEE, and throughput optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
• 8+ years of industrial/manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• Strong experience in manufacturing operations, factory launch, capacity planning, and line design.
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and project leadership skills.
• Preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, greenfield plant launch, PFEP, PFMEA, AutoCAD, Plant Simulation, FlexSim, SAP, or Teamcenter experience.
