Project Manager – Landscape Architecture

Tasks

• Manage landscape architecture projects from conceptual design through construction administration.
• Develop site plans, landscape designs, construction documents, and technical details.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communications.
• Support permitting, regulatory submissions, and project approvals.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Landscape Architecture.
• 3–6 years of professional landscape architecture experience.
• Strong experience in landscape design, site planning, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Photoshop), Bluebeam, and 3D modeling software.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• PLA/RLA licensure is a plus.
