Key Responsibilities Define clear project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines to align with business objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones to ensure timely delivery. Manage project budgets and resources effectively, implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent progress updates to all stakeholders. Identify and proactively resolve project risks and issues to maintain project health. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting quality standards. Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports to support audit and knowledge sharing. Implement Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to project needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and execution efficiency. What We're Looking For Required: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management principles. Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and MS Project. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement to drive project success. Preferred: Certification in Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus. Experience in the technology or software development industry. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
