Project Officer for Field Projects and Donor Reporting

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Officer for Field Projects and Donor Reporting to join our team in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Compile and analyze data collected from the field to prepare comprehensive reports for donors. Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of reporting requirements with project objectives. Maintain detailed records of project activities, status updates, and documentation related to donor requirements. Facilitate communication between field teams and management to address project needs and opportunities. Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets. Support training sessions for field staff regarding data collection and reporting methods. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required. Strong reporting skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity. Experience in field work, preferably within a project-based environment. Familiarity with common reporting software, data analysis tools, and project management software. 2-4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
