Job description
We are hiring a full-time Project Officer for Field Projects and Donor Reporting in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will monitor field project implementation, analyze project data, and prepare accurate donor reports that support community development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to monitor project activities and document progress, challenges, and needs.
- Compile and analyze field data to prepare clear, accurate reports for donors.
- Work with project teams to align reporting requirements with project objectives.
- Maintain records of project activities, status updates, and donor documentation.
- Coordinate communication between field teams and management to address project needs and opportunities.
- Assist with project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Support training for field staff on data collection and reporting methods.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
- Strong reporting skills, with attention to accuracy and clarity.
- Fieldwork experience, preferably in a project-based environment.
- Familiarity with reporting software, data analysis tools, and project management software.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role preferred.
