Job description

Key Responsibilities Analyze and optimize search results to maximize user satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with UX designers to improve search interface and functionality. Conduct user feedback sessions to gather actionable insights for continuous improvement. Monitor search performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and implement effective solutions. Develop and deliver training materials on search functionalities for team members. Work cross-functionally with marketing and content teams to align search strategies with business goals. Stay updated on the latest search technology trends and propose enhancements to improve user experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3 years proven experience in search technologies and user experience optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Google Analytics, search analytics platforms, and A/B testing tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
