About the role

The Project Superintendent - MEP coordinates subcontractors, construction trades, and labor crews to support quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors, construction trades, and labor crews to work in unity.
• Help ensure quality and construction progress according to the project Master Schedule.

Requirements

• Proven construction experience as a Superintendent.
• A history of successfully leading, teaching, and mentoring others.
• Ability to understand and follow plans, project specifications, design documents, code requirements, and similar construction activities.

• This is a traveling position, up to 100% of the time, with potential placement on project sites in various states throughout the US: NC, VA, GA, TX, FL, IA, and WY.
• Projects average 6-8 months. If eligible, designated daily per diem is offered to support living expenses, along with relocation assistance.
• If eligible, the position includes a vehicle allowance.
• If eligible, travel home rotation will be one weekend per month away from the job site.
