Project Technician

We are looking for a Project Technician to support manufacturing and engineering projects by assisting with equipment installation, validation, maintenance, documentation, and production line improvements. This role works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment and production lines.Assist with equipment validation activities (IQ/OQ/TMV).Create, execute, and update test protocols and technical documentation.Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.Support engineering changes, line transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives.Release and maintain project documentation in company systems.Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root cause investigations.Ensure compliance with GMP, quality standards, safety guidelines, and company procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Operations.

Qualifications
Technical Certificate or Technical Degree.2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, or related areas.Background in one or more of the following:
MechanicsElectromechanicsIndustrial EngineeringBiomedical EngineeringProduction or Quality Systems.
Experience with equipment maintenance, calibration, validation, or troubleshooting is preferred.Basic understanding of GMP, documentation practices, and quality systems.Ability to read and understand technical documentation.Strong communication and teamwork skills.English communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.Comfortable working in a clean room environment.Preferred SkillsEquipment troubleshooting and problem-solving.Preventive and corrective maintenance.Validation and testing activities.Documentation and quality compliance.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
