Property Listing Specialist - Texas City, TX (Part-Time)

American Realty and Property Management is seeking a motivated Property Listing Specialist to join our real estate team in Texas City, Texas. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in preparing properties for listing, including photography and staging advice.
• Collaborate with marketing to craft engaging property descriptions and promotional materials.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, providing updates and answering listing-related questions.
• Conduct market research to determine competitive pricing and optimal listing strategies.
• Manage and update property listings across multiple platforms ensuring accuracy.
• Work with team members to develop strategies to attract buyers and increase property visibility.
• Participate in team meetings to brainstorm marketing initiatives and enhance client service.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for client and team interaction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and adapt to varying situations.
• No formal education required; real estate or sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with listing platforms and social media to boost property exposure.
• Basic understanding of real estate principles and market trends is beneficial.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Compensation: $500 per week
