Tasks
- Manage smooth check-in & check-out operations.
- Take ownership of P&L, revenue and day-to-day property performance.
- Ensure an excellent guest experience and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Supervise and manage the housekeeping team.
- Maintain property standards, cleanliness and service quality.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage day-to-day operational requirements.
Requirements
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in hospitality / hotel / homestay / villa management preferred.
