Job description
About the role
RETS Associates is recruiting for two Property Management opportunities on behalf of our client, a privately owned commercial real estate investment firm with a diversified portfolio across major U.S. markets.
Both positions will support a 500K SF Class A office portfolio in Seattle, WA.
Tasks
- Oversee building operations, tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting and financial administration, and minor capital projects.
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of a 500K SF Class A office portfolio.
- Lead building operations, tenant relations, vendor management, financial administration, and minor capital projects while supporting the SPM and Asset Manager on larger initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Class A office experience is strongly preferred.
