WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY PRESERVATION SUBCONTRACTOR AND CREW IN WARREN,ELK, FOREST COUNTY PA. TYPES OF WORK: LOCK CHANGE, INITIAL SECURE, REPAIRS, MOLD REMEDIATION, ROOF REPAIR, LANDSCAPING, GRASS CUT Etc. WE DO MAINTAIN 100 PROPERTIES IN PA AND WEEKLY PAYMENT IS AVAILABLE THE CONTRACTOR MUST KNOW HOW TO USE PPW AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE DAMAGES. INSURANCE IS NOT MANDATORY ( I WILL ADD TO MINE.)
