Manage property listings on various platforms and social media to increase visibility and attract potential renters. Build strong relationships with property owners and landlords to maintain open lines of communication and trust. Provide outstanding customer service throughout the rental process, addressing any client concerns promptly. Keep detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and leased properties to assist with future transactions. Required and preferred qualifications Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Essential skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport. Experience: Previous experience in real estate or customer service is advantageous. Certifications: A valid real estate license is preferred but not required upon hiring; the company will assist in obtaining one. Proficiency in real estate software and property management tools is a plus.
