✅ Compile complete and accurate commercial flooring proposals from estimates, pricing, labor, and project scope
✅ Verify proposal data against architectural plans, specifications, and vendor pricing
✅ Coordinate with estimators, project teams, and sales to resolve scope and pricing discrepancies
✅ Ensure proposals are completed accurately and routed to sales for final approval before submission
✅ Develop standardized proposal workflows, templates, and SOPs to improve scalability and consistency
✅ Help establish repeatable processes and training documentation for future team members

Minimum Qualifications
✔️ 3–5+ years of experience in proposal coordination, document coordination, or project administration
✔️ Commercial flooring or construction industry experience strongly preferred
✔️ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and document management skills
✔️ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
✔️ Highly organized and comfortable managing strict deadlines
✔️ Ability to work independently and build structured, scalable processes
