🔹 Key Responsibilities:✅ Lead multiple RFx/RFP proposal efforts from kickoff through submission.✅ Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder collaboration.✅ Develop, edit, and enhance proposal content using AI while ensuring quality and brand consistency.✅ Partner with Sales, Presales, and Value Management teams to create compelling customer-focused responses.✅ Coordinate proposal reviews, customer clarifications, and maintain proposal documentation.
🎯 What We're Looking For:✔ 7+ years of experience in Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, Technical Writing, or related fields.✔ Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.✔ Experience managing multiple priorities across global teams and time zones.✔ Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with AI and proposal management tools.✔ Experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, or online RFP portals is a plus.✔ Cloud, HR, or Financial software industry experience is highly preferred.
