PNBMentLife is hiring a full-time Provisional Distribution Manager in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. In this on-site leadership role, you will manage product distribution operations, support timely and accurate deliveries, and improve efficiency across distribution channels. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager and work with a collaborative team focused on operational excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily distribution operations and ensure timely, accurate product deliveries.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse operations team while fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Manage recruitment processes to build a capable distribution team.
- Communicate with employees and stakeholders to align on operational goals.
