Organizational Psychologist – Recruitment and Selection in Viña del Mar, Chile

Our institution is seeking an Organizational Psychologist with workplace experience to join the central team in Viña del Mar, Valparaíso, Chile. In this full-time role, you will recruit and select professionals and support staffing searches for psychosocial services.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and select candidates for professional positions.
• Support recruitment searches for roles in the psychosocial field.
• Contribute to the institution’s recruitment and selection activities from the Viña del Mar central office.

Qualifications and experience

• Professional degree in Psychology, preferably with an organizational focus.
• Experience in the workplace or organizational psychology field.
• Recruitment and selection experience is preferred.
