Public Market Specialist PMS

The Public Market Specialist will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with public market vendors, distributors, and other key accounts within the assigned area. The role involves market monitoring, sales activities, account development, and ensuring strong product presence and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
* Visit and manage assigned public markets within Rizal.
* Establish and maintain good relationships with vendors, retailers, and business partners.
* Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential accounts.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives.
* Ensure proper product availability, distribution, and visibility.
* Coordinate with distributors and internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and account concerns.
* Prepare regular sales and market activity reports.
* Assist in implementing company promotions and marketing activities.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* Preferably male.
* Graduate of Business, Marketing, Management, or a related course is an advantage.
* Experience in sales, account management, merchandising, or public market operations is preferred.
* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Results-oriented and able to work independently.
* Willing to conduct fieldwork within Rizal.
* Organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
