Respond promptly and professionally to community feedback, questions, and concerns to maintain strong public relations. Coordinate with internal teams to align community engagement strategies with company goals. Represent Ubuntu-Taxis at local events and forums to build trust and visibility within Durban. Monitor local transportation trends and competitor activities to inform outreach tactics. What We're Looking For Required: Matric Certificate or equivalent is compulsory. Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse community audiences. Experience managing social media accounts with proven engagement results.
