About the role
Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. It includes Central Maine Medical Center, Bridgton Hospital, Rumford Hospital, and the Maine College of Health Professions.
Responsibilities
- Perform security services, including electronic surveillance and systematic manual security rounds.
- Coordinate facility responses to potential problems involving patients, employees, and visitors.
- Enforce policies and procedures equitably, and follow guidelines and monitoring techniques to support a safe workplace and environment of care.
- Work with the Environment of Care committee on security and safety.
- Participate in employee awareness and education.
- Drive as needed for company business.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare security or a related field is preferred.
- State Guard Certification.
