Purchaser

College graduate is preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in retail, hardware, or purchasing, procurement, or inventory-related work
Knowledgeable in end-to-end purchasing process (carassing, supplier sourcing, PO preparation, delivery coordination)
Strong negotiation skills to secure better pricing and terms
Ability to monitor stock levels and replenishment (avoid overstocks and stockouts)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (price comparison, monitoring sheets, reports)
Capable of analyzing supplier quotations and cost differences
Detail-oriented (accurate in quantity, price, and item specs)
Proactive and able to act fast when stocks are critical
Good communication skills (supplier negotiation + internal coordination)
Able to work well with diverse coworkers and team environments
