Purchaser & Supply Chain Coordinator

Tasks

• You’ll lead purchasing and inventory planning across our branches.
• Work with project managers, sales teams, and suppliers to forecast material needs, coordinate deliveries, and keep projects moving.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and co-op marketing programs, manage freight costs and current inventory, and improve efficiency while protecting margins.
• Oversee branch teams to keep showroom displays, samples, and stock organized and up to date.

Requirements

• Purchasing, inventory management, supply chain, or logistics experience.
• Know how to negotiate, build supplier relationships, manage competing priorities, and turn numbers into smart business decisions.
• Strong Excel and inventory system skills.
• Experience in flooring, building materials, or software is a bonus.
• A valid driver’s licence and occasional branch travel are required.
