Job description
Company is seeking a dedicated Purchasing and Supply Manager to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This full-time role requires hands-on management of the entire purchasing process to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Purchasing and Supply Management: Oversee the complete purchasing cycle starting from receiving Purchase Requests. Request and analyze quotes with documented comparisons of economic and financial conditions. Create, send, and track Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers. Verify invoiced amounts against delivery notes and agreed commercial terms. Finalize purchases including compliance and payment processing. This position is based on-site in Buenos Aires and is not eligible for remote work.
