Purchasing Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
Purchasing Manager is in charge of supervising the process of sourcing and purchasing essential materials for a business’s operations. Their duties include researching and developing inventory controls, negotiating purchase agreements and developing inventory controls to identify demand for new materials.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools
- Interpersonal skills such as teamwork and good listening
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and organize
- Strong leadership skills

REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related course
- With at least 2 year experience in purchasing or an equivalent role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential transactions
- Able to work with minimal supervision
