QA Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Complete assigned tasks while following established QA processes and standards. • Coordinate with QA agendas in scheduling testing sessions, reviewing test results, and recording defects in tracking systems. • Conduct smoke testing after each deployment and review results to ensure application stability. • Support functional and regression testing to ensure application quality and stability. • Use knowledge of systems and technologies, along with troubleshooting skills, to investigate defects and determine potential causes of failed tests. • Assist with coordination of application defects and enhancements to ensure proper escalation and follow-up. • Communication to stakeholders, test results, identified defects, and other relevant information to the QA Team Lead and stakeholders. • Participate and contribute in scheduled Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Planning meetings. • Work closely with members of the development and product teams to provide testing and quality assurance support. • Monitor AI-generated testing outcomes and validate testing results per given instructions and improve product quality. • Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar field. • Good communication skills, both verbal and written. • Should be eager to learn the product and the end-on test guidelines. • Must be interested in investigating new things. • Must be able to properly read and understand instructions. • A good team player. • Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle. • Execution and maintenance of test automation scripts (Playwright), highly regarded. • Experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, to support QA activities and coordinate QA agents is desirable. • Logical thinker who thrives on the challenge of solving problems and can think outside the box with problem suggestions for improvements.
