QA Architect

Tasks

• Own end-to-end quality engineering strategy and test automation architecture.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
• Implement AI-assisted test generation, self-healing locators, regression selection, and flaky-test analysis.
• Integrate testing across enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, ERP/SAP, and system integrations.
• Work with Tricentis Tosca, Azure DevOps, and Copado.
• Lead an offshore automation team of 4–6 engineers.
• Drive test coverage, defect prevention, release readiness, and quality metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering.
• 3+ years as a QA Architect or Automation Lead.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright or Selenium with Java, TypeScript, or Python.
• Working knowledge of Tricentis Tosca.
• Enterprise test automation experience across ERP, CRM, and integrated systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and test management.
• Practical experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted testing solutions.
• Proven experience leading distributed teams and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Tosca certification or large-scale Tosca practice experience (preferred)
• Copado or Salesforce release management (preferred)
• API, performance, and data validation testing (preferred)
• Manufacturing, field service, or supply chain domain (preferred)
