🚀We are seeking a hands-on QA Architect to lead the end-to-end quality engineering lifecycle for a global industrial manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will combine strong automation architecture, practical AI implementation, enterprise application testing, and client-facing leadership.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and own the end-to-end QA strategy, automation framework, test execution, defect management, and reporting.
✅ Build and maintain scalable open-source automation frameworks using Playwright or Selenium.
✅ Integrate AI into the testing lifecycle for test case generation, user story analysis, self-healing locators, and intelligent regression selection.
✅ Lead and mentor an offshore team of 4–6 automation engineers.
✅ Drive test automation across Salesforce, ERP/SAP, and enterprise integrations.
✅ Integrate AI-led automation with existing Tricentis Tosca, Azure DevOps, and Copado environments.
✅ Establish quality metrics, automation stability standards, defect escape tracking, and release readiness criteria.
✅ Collaborate with senior stakeholders and provide recommendations for release go/no-go decisions.
🔑 Must-Have
Technical Skills:
🔹 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Engineering
🔹 3+ years in QA Architecture or Automation Leadership
🔹 Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright or Selenium
🔹 Programming experience in Java, TypeScript, or Python
🔹 Working knowledge of Tricentis Tosca
🔹 Enterprise test automation across ERP, CRM, and integrated systems
🔹 Salesforce and SAP experience preferred
🔹 Azure DevOps pipelines, test plans, and work item traceability
🔹 Practical AI-assisted testing experience, including GitHub Copilot or equivalent tools
🔹 Experience managing
