QA Automation Manual Engineer

🌍 Location & Schedule💼 Full-time / Permanent/ Contractor (B2B)🏢 100% Remote🌎 Regions: Latin America⌚ 7h of work/day🌴 20 days/year PTO, National Holidays, 3 sick days

We're looking for a QA Automation & Manual Engineer to join a growing product company building software for workforce, immigration, and visa management.You'll work across both manual and automation testing, helping improve product quality while contributing to the migration from Cypress to Playwright.
🛠 What you'll do✅ Manual testing (functional, regression, integration, exploratory, UAT)✅ Build & maintain automated tests (Cypress & Playwright)✅ Test REST APIs (Postman or similar)✅ Create test plans, test cases & test scenarios✅ Identify, document & track bugs✅ Perform SQL validations & database testing✅ Support CI/CD testing pipelines✅ Collaborate with developers, Product Managers & business teams✅ Improve QA processes and automation coverage✅ Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to increase testing efficiency
