QA Test Lead/Manager

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or Test Management
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale testing programs in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Brokerage, or Financial Services
• Strong experience in E2E, SIT, UAT, and Release Validation
• Experience building Testing COEs and enterprise-wide Quality Engineering practices
• Hands-on knowledge of AI-enabled test automation and GenAI applications
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, API testing, and SQL validation
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions
• Strong understanding of investment products, managed accounts, trading operations, advisory platforms, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent stakeholder management and distributed team leadership skills
