Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced QAD ERP Techno-Functional Consultant with 5–6+ years of hands-on QAD experience across manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and finance modules. The candidate must have strong Progress programming, Linux/Unix, troubleshooting, and ERP support skills.Fluent Spanish communication is mandatory to support business users across Latin America.
Required Skills5–6+ years of hands-on QAD ERP experience.Experience with QAD eb2, SE, EE (.NET), and AUX environments.Strong functional knowledge of Sales, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Finance.Excellent Progress programming skills.Strong Linux/Unix operational knowledge.Experience with Excelerator and CIM data uploads.Strong functional and technical troubleshooting skills.Fluent spoken Spanish and good English communication.Strong coordination, leadership, and customer support skills.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious QAD application support experience.Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain operations.Experience working with distributed teams across Latin America.
Support ScheduleMust be available to support business users between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time (CT), according to the agreed shift and coverage requirements.
