About the role
Aspley Hornets FC is seeking expressions of interest from passionate, experienced and development-focused coaches to join its QAFL program for Season 2027.
Positions available:
- QAFL Development Head Coach
- QAFL Development Assistant Coaches (3 positions)
The program aims to create a high-performance, positive and inclusive football environment and develop players while continuing to build the QAFL program at Aspley.
Responsibilities
- Develop players and contribute to building the QAFL program.
- Develop effective game plans and training programs.
- Work collaboratively within the wider coaching and football department.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Australian Football and modern coaching practices.
- Commitment to player development, high standards and pathways for emerging footballers.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach.
