QUALITY ASSURANCE QUALITY CONTROL
✓ Implement and maintain the project Quality Management Plan site.
✓ Conduct inspections and verify façade installations against approved drawings.
✓ Document non-conformance reports (NCRs) and oversee corrective actions.
✓ Witness waterproofing, air infiltration, and water penetration tests.
✓ Maintain inspection test plans (ITPs) and quality records for handover
