Job description
Kelly Frames is seeking a qualified Biokineticist for a full-time, on-site role in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Help clients recover from injuries, improve physical function, and support their overall wellness through individualized biokinetic interventions in a collaborative health and rehabilitation environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one assessments to evaluate clients’ physical capabilities and needs.
- Develop and deliver individualized exercise programs for rehabilitation and physical performance.
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs to support effective outcomes.
- Educate and motivate clients to encourage consistent participation in their exercise routines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on comprehensive care plans and interdisciplinary communication.
- Maintain accurate assessment, progress, and outcome records.
- Keep current with developments in biokinetics and related fields, applying relevant best practices to client care.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biokinetics from an accredited institution.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate clients.
- Proficiency in isokinetics and other relevant therapeutic modalities.
- Relevant biokinetics or related certifications are preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is desired.
- Experience with rehabilitation software or tools is a plus.
