Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one assessments to evaluate clients' physical capabilities and identify specific needs. Design and implement individualized exercise programs focusing on rehabilitation and enhanced physical performance. Monitor client progress and adjust programs to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate and motivate clients to maintain engagement and adherence to exercise routines. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans and facilitate interdisciplinary communication. Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and outcomes for continuous improvement and reporting. Stay updated with the latest advances in biokinetics and related fields to apply best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Biokinetics from an accredited institution. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Proficiency in isokinetics and other relevant therapeutic modalities. Relevant certifications in biokinetics or related areas preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings preferred.
