Kelly Frames is seeking a passionate and qualified Biokineticist to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough one-on-one assessments to evaluate clients' physical capabilities and needs.
- Design and implement personalized exercise programs targeting rehabilitation and improved physical performance.
- Track client progress and adjust programs to maximize effectiveness and outcomes.
- Educate and motivate clients to ensure adherence and engagement with their exercise routines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans and ensure interdisciplinary communication.
- Maintain detailed records of assessments, progress, and outcomes for continuous client care improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest advances in biokinetics and related therapeutic modalities to apply best practices.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Biokinetics from an accredited institution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
- Proficiency in isokinetics and other relevant therapeutic techniques.
- Relevant certifications in biokinetics or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings is desirable.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation software/tools is an advantage.
